Greek anti-racist website blames Israel for solidarity with “Charlie Hebdo” and defines Jihadism as a creation of Western Imperialism

peres-je-suis-charlieGreek leftwing anti-racist website “Expel Racism” (“Apelaste to Ratsismo”) published on January 10 an opinion article, in which the authors equate the call of Marine Le Pen for the return of the death penalty and the anti-immigrant hate speech of Antonis Samaras with the solidarity that Shimon Peres expressed to the satirical newspaper “Charlie Hebdo”. “Expel Racism” blaims Peres for hypocrisy on the grounds that Israel has imprisoned Palestinians and blames all three politicians indistinguishably for trying to incriminate all Muslims.

“Expel Racism” claims in the same article that the Islamic fundamentalism is a creation of western imperialism and accuses Israel for a second time of being its ally. Moreover the authors equate islamophobia with genocidal anti-Semitism and have not even a word of compassion for the four Jewish men who were killed in the kosher grocery siege in Paris. Although “Expel Racism” condemns the murderous attack against “Charlie Hebdo”, it blames the newspaper for racism against Muslims.
